You are required to adhere to the terms of use as outlined by us, including wearing a helmet while cycling and complying with traffic regulations.

• Helmet requirement: You agree to wear a helmet at all times while cycling.

• Traffic rules and regulations: You must comply with all applicable traffic rules and regulations when using the rented racing bike(s). This includes respecting traffic lights, using bike lanes where available, and signaling when changing direction.

• Safe use of the bicycle: You are responsible for the safe use of the bicycle(s) and must ride carefully, especially in busy areas or on unfamiliar routes. It is prohibited to engage in reckless behavior or perform dangerous maneuvers.

• Obligations in case of accidents, personal injury, or material and non-material damage: The renter disclaims any liability for accidents of any kind, for physical, material, or non-material damage caused to third parties and/or themselves, resulting from the use of the bicycle(s), whether or not it is the violator or the user.

• Responsibility for ramage: You are liable for any damage to the product resulting from falls, vandalism, natural causes, mishandling, damage during transportation, and improper or incorrect use of our bicycles.

• Suitable terrain: You must use the bicycle(s) on appropriate terrain for racing bikes and avoid subjecting the bicycle(s) to excessive wear through off-road use or extreme conditions.

• Maintenance and repairs: You must regularly check the bicycle(s) for any damage or defects during the rental period. Any issues must be reported to us immediately. You are not allowed to perform any repairs without our prior consent unless expressly agreed.

• Prohibition on Subletting: You are not allowed to sublet or lend the bicycle(s) to third parties without our prior consent.

• Use by other persons: Only you are permitted to use the rented bicycle(s). It is prohibited for other individuals to use the bicycle(s) without our permission.

• Obligations in case of theft of the bicycle(s): You commit to reporting the loss, attempted theft, or theft of the product or its accessories to us and the police within 24 hours of discovering the loss or theft. You are responsible for the effective safeguarding and protection of the product.

• Return of the bicycle(s): You must return the bicycle(s) on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as provided at the start of the rental period, except for normal wear and dirt.
  If the bicycle cannot be picked up at the agreed time, an additional day's rental will be charged. If the bicycle is used for a longer period than agreed, the rental will automatically continue, and the provisions of this rental agreement will remain in effect.
