We offer free delivery within the small ring of Ghent (R40)!
Outside this area, additional delivery costs apply based on distance and number of bikes, with a minimum charge of €30.00 per one-way trip.

What is included?

Terms of use
You are required to adhere to the terms of use as outlined by us, including wearing a helmet while cycling and complying with traffic regulations.

Helmet requirement: You agree to wear a helmet at all times while cycling.

Traffic rules and regulations: You must comply with all applicable traffic rules and regulations when using the rented racing bike(s). This includes respecting traffic lights, using bike lanes where available, and signaling when changing direction.

Safe use of the bicycle: You are responsible for the safe use of the bicycle(s) and must ride carefully, especially in busy areas or on unfamiliar routes. It is prohibited to engage in reckless behavior or perform dangerous maneuvers.

Obligations in case of accidents, personal injury, or material and non-material damage: The renter disclaims any liability for accidents of any kind, for physical, material, or non-material damage caused to third parties and/or themselves, resulting from the use of the bicycle(s), whether or not it is the violator or the user.

Responsibility for ramage: You are liable for any damage to the product resulting from falls, vandalism, natural causes, mishandling, damage during transportation, and improper or incorrect use of our bicycles.

Suitable terrain: You must use the bicycle(s) on appropriate terrain for racing bikes and avoid subjecting the bicycle(s) to excessive wear through off-road use or extreme conditions.

Maintenance and repairs: You must regularly check the bicycle(s) for any damage or defects during the rental period. Any issues must be reported to us immediately. You are not allowed to perform any repairs without our prior consent unless expressly agreed.

Prohibition on Subletting: You are not allowed to sublet or lend the bicycle(s) to third parties without our prior consent.

Use by other persons: Only you are permitted to use the rented bicycle(s). It is prohibited for other individuals to use the bicycle(s) without our permission.

Obligations in case of theft of the bicycle(s): You commit to reporting the loss, attempted theft, or theft of the product or its accessories to us and the police within 24 hours of discovering the loss or theft. You are responsible for the effective safeguarding and protection of the product.

Return of the bicycle(s): You must return the bicycle(s) on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as provided at the start of the rental period, except for normal wear and dirt.
If the bicycle cannot be picked up at the agreed time, an additional day's rental will be charged. If the bicycle is used for a longer period than agreed, the rental will automatically continue, and the provisions of this rental agreement will remain in effect.

We offer different types of bikes. Depending on availability and the rider’s height/inseam length, we will do our best to suggest the most suitable bike type for you.

​RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental period of 2 days during:

Weekend of February 27-28, 2027 (Omloop Het Nieuwsblad Cyclo)

Weekend of March 27–28, 2027 (Gent–Wevelgem Cyclo)

Weekend of April 3–4, 2027 (Tour of Flanders Cyclo)
EXTRAS
We also offer rental of helmets (€8.00), pedals (SPD, SPD-SL, and Look) (€8.00), GPS mounts (Garmin, Wahoo, ...), and bikepacking bags.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the renter
The renter may cancel a confirmed reservation under the following conditions:µ -
- More than 96 hours before the start of the rental period: Full refund (100%) of the rental fee paid, minus a €20 administration fee.
- 96 hours or less, but more than 48 hours before the start of the rental period: Refund of 50% of the rental fee paid, minus a €20 administration fee.
- 48 hours or less before the start of the rental period: No refund.
- Failure to show up (no-show): No refund.
A fixed administration fee of €20.00 applies to all cancellations made by the renter. This fee will be deducted from any refund due.
The cancellation period is calculated based on the agreed start time of the rental period.

How to cancel a reservation
Cancellations can be submitted by email, WhatsApp or telephone.
CaRoule.cc will confirm the cancellation in writing by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation due to weather conditions
Normal or less favourable weather conditions, such as rain, wind, cold temperatures or changeable weather, do not in themselves constitute valid grounds for deviating from the cancellation conditions outlined above.
In the event of exceptional weather conditions that make cycling objectively unsafe, such as severe storms, extreme wind gusts, icy conditions or official weather warnings that seriously affect the planned cycling activity, CaRoule.cc may, in consultation with the renter, propose an alternative arrangement. This may include rescheduling the reservation to another available date or providing a full or partial refund.
Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by CaRoule.cc
CaRoule.cc reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation before the start of the rental period.
This may occur, among other reasons, due to technical problems with the reserved bicycle, safety risks, force majeure or other circumstances that prevent the rental agreement from being carried out safely and properly.
In such cases, CaRoule.cc will inform the renter as soon as possible and may, where feasible and with the renter's agreement, offer an equivalent alternative.
If no alternative is agreed upon, all amounts paid for the rental services not provided will be refunded in full.

Refunds
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method, within 7 calendar days following confirmation of the cancellation and determination of the refundable amount.
We offer bicycles in titanium from two absolute top brands: Van Nicholas and J. Guillem. These brands have been proving their reliability and competitiveness for years!
